Gac Powder + Pumpkin Spice Latte 🍁
What's the perfect way to stay healthy this Fall? Add Gac Powder to your PSL, of course!
🥥 1/2 Cup coconut milk
- 🎃 2 Tbls pumpkin purée
- 🍁 1~2 Tbls maple syrup
- 🥧 2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
dash of vanilla
1 tsp of gac powder
Blend all of this in a blender and store in a mason jar for up to a week: when you want a latte, add 2 teaspoon of this mixture +1 teaspoon of Gac Powder per one cup of ☕️ and enjoy!

1. Use a knife to slice the half avocado inside, then scoop out the avocado into a bowl.
2. Mash the avocado with lime, salt and peper.
3. Spread the mixture on the toasted bread slice.
4. Top the avocado toast with the sliced radishes and any other garnishes you would like.
5. Sprinkle with 1 tsp of gac powder.
Gac on the Beach (Gactail)
- 🥭 ½ can of Gac Hydrate Mango
- 💧 1 shot of vodka
- 🍑 ½ oz of peach schnapps
- 💦 Topped with soda water
- 🍋 Garnished with lemon wedge
- 🥭1⁄2 can of Gac Hydrate Mango
- 💧1 shot of rum
- 🥥1⁄2 oz coconut syrup
Dash of lime juice
Blended or on ice & enjoy!
Supercharged Pumpkin Oatmeal
1. Add the water + oats + flax to a smaller pot.
- 💧1 1/3 cup water
1/2 cup organic rolled oats
1 tbs organic ground flax seed
- 🎃2 heaping tbs pumpkin purée
🍁1 tsp maple syrup
- 🍌1/2 banana
1 tbs almond butter
pumpkin seeds for crunch
1 tsp of gac powder.
2. Set on medium high heat until it begins to bubble.
3. Reduce heat to low. Add pumpkin puree + maple syrup. Stir.
4. Let cook for 3 minutes stirring frequently.
5. Once it’s thickened, pour into a bowl and top with sliced banana, almond butter, and pumpkin seeds.
5. Sprinkle 1 tsp of Gac Powder to supercharge your bowl!
